Summary of information on investors' rights

AXA Investment Managers – Collective investment schemes

This document is a summary of the main rights you have as an Investor or potential Investor ("Investors") in Collective Investment Schemes ("Funds") for which an AXA IM entity, based in the European Union, acts as a management company based on Regulation (EU) 2019/1156 of the European Parliament and of the Council on facilitating cross-border distribution of Collective Investment Schemes.

This summary is not an exhaustive list of the rights investors may have in relation to the Funds. Further details are set out in the prospectus, KIID, articles of association and/or fund rules (the "Legal Fund Documents") of the relevant Fund. A version of this summary in Dutch is also available in French.

Right to Income - Depending on the type of units (capitalisation or distribution), each investor is entitled to a proportionate share of the income (if any) of the portfolio(s) in which he has invested. Please refer to the Legal Fund Documents for further details.

Right of redemption - Every investor is entitled to redeem its own units subject to the procedure and redemption calendar set out in the Legal Fund Documents, provided that all documents capable of ensuring that this is done in accordance with the laws and regulations on combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism have been submitted.

Right to information about the investment - Each Investor is entitled to certain information about the Fund(s) and Portfolio(s) in which it has invested. This information includes a copy of the Legal Fund Documents and the annual and semi-annual financial reports and is available on the AXA IM website. A paper copy is also available on request. To do so, please contact the Investment Manager or the Central Administration Agent appointed for the Fund in which you have invested.

You will be notified of any material changes to the Legal Fund Documents in accordance with the requirements of the applicable regulations.

The literature section on the AXA IM website contains all legal and regulatory documents and reporting documents for all funds marketed by AXA IM in the relevant jurisdiction.

In addition, on the AXA IM website you will find a fund register (Fund Center) with detailed information about the products available in your region, including their performance, the most recent net asset value (NAV) per share/share certificate.

Right to attend and vote at shareholders' meetings - If the Fund is legally constituted as a company, every shareholder of that Fund is entitled to receive a letter of convocation to attend and vote in person or by proxy (both at the General Meeting and at other shareholders' meetings), unless the shareholder has chosen to invest in shares that do not carry voting rights.

Right to privacy and data protection - Subject to applicable law, investors may have rights with respect to their personal data, including the right to access and rectify their personal data and, in certain circumstances, the right to object to the processing of their personal data or to restrict the processing of their personal data. Please note that personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes of processing the data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://delegio-privilege.axa-im.be/important-information.

Right to complain - AXA IM is committed to providing the best possible service to investors in its funds at all times. If investors are nonetheless dissatisfied, they have the right to file a complaint, either with the entity marketing the fund or directly with the management company. AXA IM has developed a complaints procedure to ensure that complaints are dealt with quickly and in a transparent manner.

Further information on how to submit a comment or complaint can be found at https://delegio-privilege.axa-im.be/complaints.

Investors also have the right to take legal or non-legal action at any time. Investors have the right to submit a request for an out-of-court settlement of a complaint to the competent local supervisory authority. If you are resident in an EU country, you can submit a complaint form via the European online dispute resolution platform and you will be informed of your means of redress, taking into account your jurisdiction (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Discontinuation of commercialisation within the Member States of the European Union - It is possible that the funds are included in a notification relating to distribution in several EU Member States. The attention of the investor is drawn to the fact that AXA IM may decide to stop the commercialisation agreements regarding the distribution of its Undertakings for Collective Investment as part of the EU notification process. However, the possibility of discontinuing the marketing of UCITS or AIFs in a certain Member State does not entail any costs for investors, nor does it limit their rights to receive accurate information about the continuation of the activities of these funds.
