Personal data (the “Data”)

When you visit this website, AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) collects your Data, in particular your IP address and, where applicable, your first name, last name and e-mail address via forms. AXA IM, as data controller, undertakes to ensure that the collection and handling of such Data for information or external communication purposes comply with the legal and regulatory provisions.

We collect information about your electronic device type when you visit our website, this information may include your Company Internet Protocol (IP) address range, domain name, browser type, date and time of your visit and information provided by tracking technologies, such as cookies. 

All Data collected shall be processed confidentially, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, by the following AXA IM employees:

• The authorised people from the Information and External Communications Department,
• The authorised people of subsidiaries, partners and service providers of the AXA IM Group so that they can carry out the tasks entrusted to them.

Due to the international nature of the AXA IM Group, the communication of personal information may therefore involve such information being transferred between countries that are not members of the European Economic Area (the Area) and that apply different Data protection legislation to countries within the European Union.

AXA IM may also entrust providers located outside the European Economic Area (Canada, Hong Kong) with the performance of limited IT services (IT support and maintenance for reading and entering data). A framework agreement shall define the performance and security conditions incumbent upon service providers and standard contractual clauses, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/79 of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which shall govern the transfer of Data to an AXA Group subsidiary in Hong Kong.

To ensure that personal data is protected, standard European clauses and Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) are used in all agreements with AXA entities located outside the European Economic Area. You can obtain a copy of these agreements by sending a request to the AXA IM Global Data Protection Officer (GDPO) at dataprivacy@axa-im.com. 

AXA IM shall only keep your Data for the time required to complete the transactions, for the reasons for which the Data was collected, in accordance with the legal regulations in force, i.e. for one year.

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data and to object to it for legitimate reasons. You may exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to the AXA IM GDPO at dataprivacy@axa-im.com or by writing to the AXA IM Data Protection Department at the following address: AXA IM Benelux, Place du Trône 1 – 1000 Brussels – Belgium.

You also have the right to give instructions concerning the retention, deletion and communication of such personal data in the event of your death.

We take your request very seriously and do our best to provide you with a satisfactory response. If, for any reason, we fail to respond to your request, please be aware that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
